Jakub Pawelec PhD, Partner at the M.Mazurek i Partnerzy Law Firm, took part in the Polish Radio Business broadcast „Gospodarczy temat dnia”. The theme of the meeting was the revolution in public procurement. Below the fragment of the conversation:

Valorisation is a good solution, but should include not only price increases
- Valorisation, proposed by the new Public Procurement Law, is heading in the right direction and this is undoubtedly a big change in quality – says Jakub Pawelec PhD from Pracodawcy RP. However, as noted, valorisation from the point of view of entrepreneurs should take place not only in the case of a dramatic increase in prices of, for example, building materials, but also in the case of changes in many circumstances that are part of business. – Unfortunately, we do not see such a broad view in the project and I hope that the government side will take into account the postulates of entrepreneurs regarding the diversity of contracts, depending on the industry – says Pawelec.
