Jakub Pawelec PhD, Partner at the M.Mazurek i Partnerzy Law Firm, took part in the Polish Radio "Capital and Work" program. The subject of the meeting entitled "On problems around public procurement" were discussions on the works on a new draft Public Procurement Law – a fragment below:

As Jakub Pawelec pointed out on our air, transparency is currently a problem in the context of tender procedures. – In the age of the Internet, the unlimited flow of information, nothing prevents an extensive knowledge of public procurement, prices, rules of execution of orders, reaching all interested parties. Until now, this has not happened. Unfortunately, the practice of public procurement shows that many aspects are beyond the control of public opinion. We hope that these problems will be neutralized during the work.
