On 4 Mach 2013, a conference was held in the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw entitled GREENE COMMUNE – a part of a series of events called INNOVATIVE POLAND. The law firm was one of the main partners of this initiative. The managing partner of the law firm – legal advisor Marian Mazurek took part in a panel discussing the shortcomings and advantages of the Cleanliness Maintenance in Communes Act, and legal advisor Jakub Pawelec made a presentation about legal factors which are important for the implementation of Public Private Partnership projects. The conference was attended by around 200 representatives of local government, state administration and firms and institutions which are interested in the introduction of ecological innovations into the Polish market.
