This year, our Law Firm has once again achieved a major success for the Client in a public procurement matter.

On 22 May, 2026, the National Chamber of Appeals dissmissed all four appeals in their entirety, with a total contract value exceeding 38 million PLN, brought by one of the leading construction companies.

The National Chamber of Appeals fully endorsed the arguments presented by our Law Firm. The rulling sets an important precedent for the legal classification of subcontracting agreements in public procurement.

The dispute concerned irregularities in the performance of public procurement contracts and self-cleaning procedures.
