In August 2014 our law firm started a comprehensive cooperation with Warsaw Housing Cooperative "Ochota ", which has 142 residential buildings with the total area of 413.230 m2 including 270 apartments. The scope of operation of the housing cooperative covers the area of over 540 000 m2. Legal support of our new client includes advisory services in the ongoing operation of the housing cooperative and legal support in its planned and implemented investments. Moreover, our law firm provides also legal support in litigation involving clients. Coordination of cooperation is managed by Andrzej Gryn, legal adviser.
