On 6 August 2015, our law firm finalized the sale transaction of a historic villa located at 66 Wojska Polskiego Avenue in Szczecin. The building, better known as the Quodbach Villa, was built in 1877 and in 1903 it was expanded to include the southern representative part. The Villa has survived intact to this day. It is an example of neoclassical, residential architecture in Szczecin downtown. The aesthetic qualities and the original construction were appreciated by the local authorities, which resulted in 1994 in entering the Villa in the register of monuments of Zachodniopomorskie Province. Since 2002, the Villa was the property of the Association for Cooperation “Poland-East”.

Or Law Firm actively participated throughout the entire sales process, starting from the preparation of the prospectus of the property and coordination of marketing activities, through negotiations, till the finalizing of the transaction. The revitalized Villa will probably serve the local community and the tourists who would came to Szczecin as a hotel-restaurant building.
