On the 1st of October 2015, a lawyer from our law firm, conducted a training session for entrepreneurs of the photovoltaic industry and for representatives of local government units. During the training organised by the Economic Partnership Institute in Plock, Jakub Wojsyk, trainee legal advisor, acquainted the participants with legal aspects of business operation connected with renewable energy sources, including issues related to the Act on Renewable Energy Sources, construction of PV systems in public procurement procedure and PPP and raising the necessary national and European funds.
