On 22 October 2015, the Polish daily Rzeczpospolita published an article by Mateusz Rzemek entitled 'Price still more important than a job.' The author refers to the practice of the contracting authorities who circumvent the regulations that require other criteria than price in selecting the winning tender. The article quotes a comment made by partner in our law firm, civil law attorney Jakub Pawelec, who said that entrepreneurs who participated in the tender but lost with companies offering objectively underestimated prices, e.g. not taking into account staff costs, have the right and should challenge such a decision.
