On 18-20 March 2016 another conference  of the international network of law firms JCA took a place in Madrid.

One of the topics of the conference was implementation of the Directive 2015/847/UE (on the prevention of money laundering) in the Member States, dated 20 May 2015. The host of the conference was a Spanish law firm Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo. The guests of honor were, among others: former Judge of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of Spain, Mr Vicente Conde Martín de Hijas, former Attorney General of Spain Mr Juan Ortiz Úrculo, representatives of Madrid Authorities and the Department of Justice. The law firm M.Mazurek and Partners war represented by the legal adviser and managing partner Marian Mazurek and by the PhD and parter Jakub Pawelec.
