The workshop under the title ,,Public Procurement 2016 – The directions of changes and their impact on the procedure in practice”  took place on the 14th of April 2016. The main topics of the workshop were in-house procurement, innovation partnership, ”internetisation”, Institutions of the Public Procurement Law and preparation of an offer on public procurement.

Partner of our law firm, M.Mazurek and Partners, Mr Jakub Pawelec PhD, discussed the issue of ,,Innovation partnership – a new procedure of public procurement”. In his speech, he tackled the issue of the essence of the innovation partnership, its objectives, stages of procedure to conclude the partnership and practical issues concerning among others funding opportunities for partnership. 

Objective of the workshop was presenting the planned changes in public procurement and therefore together with invited experts, tackled the most important aspects of the above mentioned changes and their consequences for the market were discussed.
