One of our law firm’s lawyer, legal adviser trainee Jakub Wojsyk, has been admitted to the prestigious and well renowned College of Europe in Bruges and Natolin. He has also received a full scholarship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In the academic year of 2016/2017 Jakub Wojsyk will be continuing his education on the postgraduate studies within the European Interdisciplinary Studies. Our lawyer will be extending his knowledge in fields of economy, law, international relations and European policies in group of 120 students from all over the Europe, who had been chosen in the course of a long-lasting and highly competitive recruitment procedure. The students will be given a broad selection of subjects to choose from, such as issues in the field of competition law, environmental protection, energy and representation of interest groups in the EU. Studies’ program entails also field trips to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Tunisia, Belgium, as well as partaking in the international Model United Nations conference in New York. Classes and exams in College of Europe, similarly to the recruitment procedure, are performed in English and French. The studies are completed by the defense of the diploma thesis in the selected specialization, and a two-month internship in the public administration.

Jakub Wojsyk is associated with our law firm since 2011. He works with the team specializing in public procurement law, public-private partnership, municipal economy and Polish and European legislation issues. In the course of our cooperation Jakub had also completed an traineeship at the European Commission and received a scholarship of the German Bundestag. Together with LA Anna Dąbrowska and LA Jakub Pawelec PhD, he is also the co-author of the following publication: “Contracts, letters and provisions of public procurement, concessions for construction works or services and the public-private partnership with explanations and CD” (published by C.H. Beck in 2015).
