Four awards, in the form of diamond, were presented during a ceremony at the headquarters of the Employers of Poland. To receive them, one had to show uncommon merits for the development of the Employers of Poland or to promote the idea of entrepreneurship and unlocking the potential of the Polish economy. The event was honored by the presence of the ambassadors of the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean gathered in a group GRULAC.

Optimusy is an award for companies and individuals associated with the Employers of Poland, but not only. The key to winning is donating the effort and energy to the development of the organization or supporting Polish entrepreneurship. Everyone who works for the values treasured by the Employers of Poland, may be among the winners.

This year, they were:

Jan Buczek – President of the Association of International Road Carriers in Poland, for the 25-year activity for the development of Polish and European road transport, consolidation environment of the Polish road carriers and fighting on the European Union forum for the rights of carriers.

prof. dr. Miroslaw J. Wysocki – for the consistent openness of the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene to the cooperation with employers' organizations and the active promotion among employers of the efforts to improve the health of their employees.
 
Healthy Health Corporation – for the 10 years of activities in favor of equal treatment of public and private providers in the healthcare system and the introduction of sustainable and transparent criteria for the funding of benefits from public funds.

prof. dr. Wieslaw Banyś – for many years of promoting the idea of linking science with business closely, taking care of the practical use of scientific discoveries and for his great commitment to preparing graduates to work.

The ceremony was also attended by the representatives of the law firm M. Mazurek and Partners, Marian Mazurek and Jakub Pawelec.
