On 13-15 October 2017 in Tallinn (Estonia), another conference of JCA International law firms took place. Present were the JCA members representing law firms from 11 countries. The law firm M. Mazurek and Partners was represented by the Managing Partner – Marian Mazurek together with attorneys Wlodzimierz Sobieszek, Milena Sokołowska and Anna Dąbrowska.

The program included plenary session at the Nordic Hotel Forum, which outlined aspects related to the functioning of the legal system in Estonia, in particular the specifics of running a business. There was also a debate between participants on the place of registration of economic activity in the context of tax optimization of income and of Community and national regulations related to mandatory income tax at their place of origin (apart from the place of establishment). The Spanish Mariscal & Abogados law firm has been officially connected to the JCA network in Madrid. A tour of the Estonian open-air museum was offered. The autumn meeting of the JCA network ended with a gala dinner and a gala revue on the occasion of the centenary of Estonia.

The next semi-annual Meeting of Members will be held in Milan in March 2018.
