We are pleased to announce that the BECK publishing house has issued a publication entitled "Contracts, letters and provisions in the field of public procurement, concessions for construction works or services, and public-private partnership with explanations and CD", edited by the partner of our law firm, Jakub Pawelec.

The publication contains a comprehensive list of templates of procedural documents and judicial decisions in the field of public procurement and concessions for construction works or services most frequently appearing on the market. The study covers the whole of the most important issues in the field of public procurement and concessions for construction works or regulated services, including in the acts – Public Procurement Law and the Act on Concessions for Construction Works or Services.

This 2nd edition has been updated and supplemented. It takes into account major changes introduced, among others the following acts:

• the Act of 22.6.2016 on amending the Act – Public Procurement Law and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1020), which entered into force on 28.7.2016,
• the Act of 21.10.2016 on the concession contract for construction works or services (ie, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1920), which entered into force on December 14, 2016.
