The new public procurement law and the fiasco of work on the new Labor Code – these issues were devoted to the second seminar of Employers of the Republic of Poland organized as part of the project of Monitoring Network Law. The representative of Employers of the Republic of Poland, Dr. Jakub Pawelec, a member of the ad hoc Social Dialogue Council for public procurement, confirmed good working cooperation with the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and PPO. Dr Pawelec also discussed key postulates put forward by social partners in preparation for the creation of a new Public Procurement Law.
