Attorney-at-law. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP). Graduate of  the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2005 he was admitted to practice as a an attorney-at-law, in 2002 he passed an exam for a public prosecutor. He has a long-term experience in practice of administration (in the years 1998-2006 he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Administration, where he was in charge of its Division and next of its Department).
