On Tuesday, 21 April 2026, we had the pleasure and honour of hosting members of the NExT – Non Executives of Tomorrow Association at our Law Firm.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss the practical aspects of the functioning of supervisory bodies, and reflect on the challenges faced by individuals serving in management and supervisory roles.

The event was hosted by attorney Marian Mazurek, who presented the legal framework of Poland’s economic transformation after 1988 and screened the film Back to the Past – telling the story of our Law Firm.

Our special guests were Mr Józef Wancer, Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., and Ms Agnieszka Kulikowska, Managing Partner at Valeris Executive Search.

The participants listened with great attention to the reflections shared by Mr Józef Wancer — a leading figure in Polish banking and the author of the biographical book My Way. Memoirs.
