We are pleased to inform that C.H. BECK has published a comprehensive comment on the Law of Public Procurement of the European Union. Volume has been edited by dr. Jakub Pawelec – the partner of our law firm.
This is the first position on the market, which in depth and comprehensively explains the complex legal and procedural issues of EU law and their  interpretaion in the context of national legislation.

The publication refers also to remedies, European and Polish experience of the first period of application of directives, the conclusions that result from the implementation of directives in some Member States. It also includes recent interpretaions and case law.
